The studio

RK Labz is an independent game studio. We treat fun as something you can test: write the hypothesis, build it small, play it a thousand times and keep only what survives.

How an experiment runs

  1. Hypothesis

    Every game starts as one sentence: this would be fun. We write it down and try to prove it wrong.

  2. Prototype

    We build the smallest thing that can test the idea. Ugly is fine. Slow is not.

  3. Playtest

    We play until the numbers and the feeling agree. If only one of them is happy, it goes back to the bench.

  4. Release

    What survives gets polish, a store page and a launch date. Then the next experiment starts.
